This exercise is written after the exercise that Critical Alignment founder Gert van Leeuwen developed. For more exercises and detailed information I would like to refer to his book: ‘Yoga Critical Alignment‘.

Flow Series

In the Flow classes we do a series of poses that are strung together and this sequence we repeat several times. This creates flow: The body warms up, the mind becomes focused. The flow helps you to move deeper into the poses and build up stamina. The sequence changes every month and is posted here. These flows are perfect for self-practice.
