In these classes you are slowly guided into your body. Your focus increases and you get to know your body better. Relaxation, movement and strength buildup assure that your body starts to feel more open and pleasant. For a trial class there is no need to sign up, you can just walk in and join.
In a Flow class we practice a sequence of postures, that we repeat several times. Every 6 weeks we practice a new sequence. If you follow the class regularly you get to know the sequence by heart and both stength and relaxation will deepen. It becomes more and more easy to ‘get in the flow’: movement becomes meditative and very healing. Mostly meant for people who already have some experience with (Critical Alingment) Yoga and are looking for a little more challenge.
The advanced classes are meant for everybody who already has some experience with Critical Alignment Yoga, and that feels they are ready for more challenging poses, less explanation, and more focus on inversions and meditation.
Thai Yoga Massage Classes
In these classes you learn how to give a Thai Massage, in such a way that the massage is not only pleasant to receive but also to give! You do not need experience for these classes, or a partner. Every second Friday of the month, check the events for more info!
