Thai Yoga massage weekend: the art of mindful touch Yoga massage is not only a wonderful to receive, it is also a pleasure to give! Touching somebody to heal them is natural. Most of what we need to do is quiet the mind and find comfort in our own body. We can then start to follow our intuition again and find loving kindness in our touch. Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred dance between the giver and receiver, and even though one is active and the other passive, the objective is that both enter a meditative and joyful state where the body can start to heal itself. This weekend is a practice in the principles of Yoga Massage: being present in the moment, loving touch, equanimity and compassion. We also offer massage techniques, for different parts of the body. For who? This weekend is open for full beginners, as wel as for people with more experience in (Thai) Massage. Prepare for a cosy and very relaxed weekend!
